  1. He is a serious danger to all around him. Strung out and violent. He steals from anyone possible, keep as far away as you can.

  2. Glad to see I am not alone in my thoughts on this individual. He has caused great pain to my family.

He is a danger to everyone around him. I’m sure his substance abuse will continue and eventually find his fate.

  3. Pascal L Capehart was my father, he was a very troubled man from the start. I spoke to my grandma and asked how he was growing up and she told me multiple stories of how he’d get himself into a quite a lot of trouble. He had a drug addiction and wasn’t really a part of my childhood which honestly, never bothered me. Although he was distant, I’m glad he is at peace with God (hopefully). I apologize on his behalf for all the trouble he has caused.

STOLE MY VEHICLE AND NEVER CHARGED FOR IT. IM LEFT WITH NO CAR AND NO WAY TO MAINTAIN MY EMPLOYMENT FOR TRYING TO HELP HIM. I WANT JUSTICE
