Is drunk driving a felony in NC?
A DWI in North Carolina will be charged as a felony if one of two scenarios can be applied to the case: if the accused driver is an habitual offender or if the DWI resulted in an accident that caused the death of another person.

  1. I used to drive with this clown in a 1984 MR2 on riverside drive in Austin. He would routinely drive wrecklessly on that strip and when I would warn him to slow down, he would say “when I drive, nothing can go wrong”, oops I guess something went wrong in NC. Well don’e troopers!!!

  2. Oh my. Hes my neighbor. I had no idea. Well next time he messes with my fence and I see him drive off I can call and report him for driving while license revoked also ‍♀️ and..I will

  3. Stole a gun from me. Let him stay at the house for free. Never knew that he was a felon, drugs etc. Then I noticed my gun was gone. Come to find out he sold it to a drug dealer in Black Mountain who then pawned it. Steven did some time for the gun charge. He has been known to hang out with a girl named Alana Topkin. I used to work with one of his parents.

  4. This thread must come up no matter whose picture anyone hits bc some of these statements don’t pertain to my situation at all

  5. As a service to the public, it should be noted that Jonathan Dane Grant is a very dangerous menace to society. He is extremely violent and mentally ill. Instead of taking personal responsibility for his numerous psychiatric conditions, he refuses to seek treatment. In addition to his drunk driving arrests, he is also responsible for violating a domestic violence protection order. Unfortunately for society at large, he has been placated, coddled and rescued from every dastardly predicament of his own making.

  6. Does anybody know Robert Geoffry Burson, im related to him and i want to know how well he has been doing

  7. I know of Taquasha. She was a ghetto mentality type female and she thought being a mean girl was cute at her big age. I saw her as wounded and projecting her pain. To see her photo up here confirms she must be running away from some type of pain to be driving drunk. The emptiness in her eyes tell a thousand stories. I wish females like her would seek therapy.
